Being

developing the personality trait of “persistence” is an absolute necessity. A
simple way to think of “persistence” is the ability to set goals and to achieve
them no matter what. Persistence is an almost invisible personality trait. It
is more of “inward” than “outward”.
However, to be sure of being
successful out of personality improvement, adding persistence to your resource
will prove to be very valuable.

In fact, in
our dispensation of official work, we must check properly as HR, the manner at which
words comes out from us. At times, we speak from annoyance and with that, we
are not able to control the kind of words that emanates from our mouth. Here
are some important reasons why thinking before you speak is a valuable
personality trait:

gender, or nationality when hiring or in the workplace. In addition to the
reasons listed above, employees and job applicants are not to be discriminated

relationship to another person. Human resources should consider their
qualification and experiences and avoid discrimination.
