Some goals are directed toward the family and future. Some mentionable are; ‘I will respect, love and stay committed to my spouse’, ‘I will spend quality time with my children every day’,‘I'll teach my children something worthwhile that will help them in every stage of their lives’. Measures are set in place to achieve these intended goals in a long-run.

Goals for sustaining your Health
Goals such as losing/gaining X amount of weight by X date can be determined. Exercising every day, not eat junk food for longer time, going for regular checkups for healthily reasons and taking care of my family and myself for achieving and sustaining optimum health and wellness.

For instance, meditating for fifteen minutes every day, for peace of mind. Attending church gatherings thrice a week and every Sunday, studying particular verses of the Holy Qu’ran or Holy Bible daily, volunteering your services to your church every week and performing charitable duties. All these goals are planned and aimed making it happen in a short run.

Many the human resources department plays a major part in the employee selection process. Human resources workers may make up all or part of an interview committee. When interviewing employees, they must carefully evaluate each individual's appropriateness as a candidate to ensure that they select the workers that are right for them.

Establishing diversity is a major goal in many workplaces. Human resources departments may plan diversity-related training to show employees the benefits of diversity or seek out speakers who can educate employees on diversity-related topics. They also help employers set up diversity-focused hiring processes.

Efficiency towards Productivity
In the workplace or organization, productivity mainly depend on workers efficiency, such determines how high or low is productivity. Similar to productivity, efficiency refers to your ability to achieve results in the workplace. Nevertheless, what makes efficiency different is that it is crucial in progressing your career.
Efficiency goals have to do with the speed, accuracy and consistency with which you can produce results.
